Posting on Halyard Field Operatives is free. Businesses pay a percentage of a placement's total job pay — and only when they accept a worker. Workers never pay, and agents get paid out of the fee.
Total job pay = posted rate × the length of the job (hourly jobs count 8 hours a day; daily, weekly and monthly rates count the calendar span between the start and end dates). The fee is 12% of that total, or 15% when an agent sourced the worker, with a $15.00 minimum per accepted worker. Accepting a worker creates an itemized receipt on your dashboard, which you pay through secure checkout.
At placement. The moment you accept an applicant, an itemized fee is generated on your dashboard under Fees. Nothing is charged for posting, editing, reposting, or reviewing applicants — and nothing is charged if you never accept anyone.
From the placement's total job pay: the posted pay rate multiplied by the length of the job. Hourly jobs assume 8 hours per day, and daily, weekly and monthly rates count the calendar span of the request. That total is multiplied by 12% (self-serve) or 15% (agent-sourced), with a $15 minimum per accepted worker.
The fee is per accepted worker. Accept three workers and you get three itemized fees, each calculated from that worker's own placement total.
Only the hiring business pays. Workers never pay a fee of any kind. Agents and headhunters are paid out of the fee, not billed for it.
Units and rate, the job total the fee was calculated from, the percentage applied, the agent commission portion (if any), the platform portion, and the total due. Every receipt is saved with the placement.
Contact us before paying and the fee is voided. Unpaid fees for cancelled placements are never collected automatically.
